The 15th College Day of Vidhya Sagar Women’s College was celebrated on 17th February 2020. Dr.R.Ravanan, M.Sc., M.Phil., Ph.D, Joint Director of Collegiate Education, Chennai Region and Sri. Gopal Agarwal (National Awardee), Vice Chairman, Sri Vallaabha Charia Vidhya Sabha, (Parent Body of D. G. Vaishnav College) was the Chief Guests. The Chief Guests were honored by the management members. Dr. C. Shalini , Principal presented the Annual Report. 95 scholarships were distributed to the students. The Chief Guests felicitated the students and staff for their academic and non-academic achievements by awards. The Chief Guests congratulated the students and encouraged them on preparing for competitive examinations and getting success in the same. They insisted the students to be grateful and respectable towards their parents and teachers. The College Magazine “Vidhya Vardhini” was released by the Chief Guests and other dignitaries. Various Cultural programmes were performed by the students to enlighten the audience.
