Admission Procedure

  • Prospectus and Application forms can be obtained from the college office on all working days..
  • Attested photocopies of mark sheets and other certificates should be enclosed with the application. In all communications regarding admission only the application number should be quoted.
  • Application not containing the marks in the qualifying examination and other particulars called for in the application form will be rejected.
  • All admissions are only provisional until they are validated by the University.
  • Admissions made subjects to the approval of qualifications by the University are at the candidate’s risk.
  • The following original documents should be produced at the time of admission.
    1. Transfer Certificate / Conduct Certificate
    2. Mark Sheet of the qualifying examination (Original and two photo copies)
    3. Community Certificate
    4. Eligibility Certificate issued by the University of Madras (in case of candidates from other than TNHS Board)
    5. Four recent passport size photographs.

Additional Note:

The Management reserves the right to withdraw at any time without assigning reasons, before an admission is validated, the provisional selection made for admissions.
