The National seminar on “Step-up in Quality Higher Education – Education 4.0” was organized by VidhyaSagar Women’s college on 19thJanuary 2019 in the college premises.
Dr.P.Shanmugavadivu, Professor, Director – IQAC, Gandhigram Rural Institute – DU, Gandhigram, Dindigul and Dr. S. Gurusamy, Professor & Head, Department of Commerce, Chairperson – School of Business & Management, Director – Planning & Development, University of Madras, were the Chief Guests and released the Seminar proceeding.
Mr. Sathya Prakash Sekaran, HR, XLRI (ECPHRM) &JWMI(ECPL) and MsPreethi BR Head HR, FE, were the chair persons for the Technical session.

The conference had an overwhelming response of nearly 120 Participants from various institutions from 50 Colleges. 26 Research Papers were published in ISBN proceedings and out of 36 Research Papers received.
