VidhyaSagar Women’s College celebrated International Women’s Day on 7th March 2019.
The Chief Guest was Mrs. Eva James (VP-ISIT Renault Nissan Technology & Business Centre India Pvt. Ltd).
On this day, medals and certificates were received by 256 students for subject toppers, 31 students for wall painting 49 students for Oracle and 41 students for special appreciation.
68 students participated in ‘Mantra of Success’ programme and they were appreciated by the management members for their extra-ordinary work about self defense and awareness about women, in and around they covered 12 schools benefiting 2000 girls in Kancheepuram District.
The chief guest conveyed her women’s day wishes to all and appreciated the achievers.She pointed out the importance of women’s education and further shared four valuable things – The Outlook of Life, Practice, The Passion of Patience, Learning with Experiences and Practice to Serve to be followed for the successful life.
