Vidhya Sagar Women’s College Student Grievance Redressal Committee was established in the year 2015.The Student Grievance Redressal Committee is an official committee set up to receive, examine, and resolve complaints of students in a fair and confidential manner.
The main aim is to ensure that students are treated fairly and that their problems are addressed without fear or bias.

- Promotes a safe and respectful campus
- Builds trust between students and the institution
- Ensures transparency and accountability.
Grievances that are addressed:
Students can approach the grievance cell for problems such as:
- Academic issues (unfair evaluation, exam-related problems)
- Harassment or discrimination
- Ragging-related complaints
- Infrastructure issues (classrooms, hostels, labs)
- Administrative problems (fees, certificates, delays)
- Unfair treatment by staff or peers
Resolutions taken:
- A student submits a written or online complaint.
- The grievance cell reviews the complaint.
- It may call the concerned parties for discussion.
- A solution or corrective action is suggested.
- The matter is resolved within a fixed time frame.
