Internal Complaint Committee (ICC)

An Internal Complaint Committee (ICC) is a statutory body constituted in organizations and educational institutions to prevent, prohibit, and redress sexual harassment of women at the workplace.

The Internal Complaints Committee is established under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 (POSH Act) to ensure a safe, dignified, and harassment-free working and learning environment.
