Aiming to provide an intense training on computer language based physics projects at undergraduate level for college students, two-day workshop on ‘Arduino Simplify’ was conducted on September 6 & 7, 2018 at Vidhya sagar Women’s College, Chengalpet. The workshop was organized jointly by the Spectra Club, Department of Physics with CA – VSWC and Robosync, Mumbai. Totally 55 students were participated in the workshop. Speaking on the occasion Mr. Naval Ambavkar, Robosync – Mumbai, trainer of the workshop explained about the practical applications of Arduino Simplify and sensor techniques. They were given hands on experience. At the end of the workshop a competition based on sensor applications using Arduino Simplify programming language was conducted. Three teams had been selected for meritorious certificates.
