The School of Science Association was inaugurated on 2nd August 2019 in VidhyaSagar Women’s College. The Chief Guest for the occasion was Dr.R.VidhyaSundararajan, Scientific Officer “H” Head, Planning and Human Resource Management Division (PHRMD ) Indira Gandhi Centre for Atomic Research, Kalpakkam. The association office bearers were introduced and honoured with badges. The Annual Report of the concerned departments was presented by Ms.S.Shaistha, III B.Sc Computer Science, Ms.S.Vijayalakshmi, III B.Sc IDD, Ms.K.Swetha, III B.Sc Chemistry, Ms.A.Santhoshini III B.Sc Physics, Ms.R.Sneha, IIIB.ScMaths. The Chief Guest addressed the students by her modest speech on the title “Opportunities and Challenges of Atomic Energy in the Futuristic World of Integrated Science”. She advised the students to focus on their goals and studies.
